Ryan was great. He flushed my Rinnai tankless hot water heater and showed me the dirty water that came out. He also took care of a faucet in my bathroom that needed repair. He called the manufacturer and had the new parts sent out. I highly recommend Ryan from Home Choice Plumbing.

Dylan did a good job fixing our water heater. He was polite and conscious of wearing footies when entering my home. We found that the quote he gave us for installing a new water heater was extremely high but that was not his fault. If he would of given us a better price, we would of hired him to install a new water heater.

Ryan (and company) is a delight to work with!The job was bigger than we hoped it would be, but Ryan got right on ordering the specialty Kohler part needed. He also set aside time in his already busy schedule on the day the parts were expected to arrive.Then he let us know the time window and came promptly at the near top of that window. I LOVE the text message letting us know he’s on his way.He’s polite, efficient, kind, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home.I plan to use him again… anytime we need plumbing services!!!

I’ve been using Home Choice Plumbing over the past year for several jobs in my home. Ryan has been an extreme professional, proved to be very smart and is easy to work with.The most recent job was to replace a small hot water tank And a recirculation pump. The system was giving some problems. Ryan offered to come back to my house and make sure it worked properly for free. He wasn’t responsible for the system not working properly, but he was willing to make it right. It is rare in today’s world to find such dedication to Customer Service and honesty in business.I never do these reviews, but felt very strongly about doing this one. You can’t go wrong using Home Choice Plumbing.

Excellent service from appointment punctuality to service completion. Kevin was the plumber who unclogged my garbage disposal drain. He was on time, kept me apprised of what he was doing. He was very neat, left my kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. I definitely recommend Kevin and Home Choice Plumbing. Their customer service is outstanding. Kudos to Kevin. Love this company. All the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan (owner) is a stand up guy and never tries to over-charge you and even better, stands by his work. Great customer service and great employees.If something is wrong, they go out of their way to make it right. We had a toilet flood and needed a plumber fast. Home Choice Plumbing was able to come out quickly and the plumber who arrived, Casey Austin, was terrific. He took the time to explain various options on not only the toilet but other plumbing concerns I had. Casey kept me informed on each step and then reviewed the steps needed for the repairs of other plumbing issues discovered. I am extremely impressed with both this company and with Casey. Kevin is awesome. He was thorough, honest, direct, fair on price, and answered questions no other plumber could or would, with a hard and difficult to diagnose problem. I called yesterday with water pressure issues throughout my house. Casey & Robert arrived today and were able to identify the issue rather fast. It’s my Rain Soft water softener. Robert (his first day with them, but so amazing) was able to tell me all about the Halo system and how I wouldn’t have to maintain, add salt, etc. to the system. He showed me how to research the water in my area to see what types of contaminants are in it and really took the time to inform me (educate) on all the benefits that this system would provide to protect myself & my family.They were also able to fix my Toto toilet issue and had to drive 1 hour to go get the parts and come back.Great customer service, very knowledgable, and personable as well! Prices was what I expected and fair.

Casey was professional and informative. He had a recommendation on the spot for water damage caused by a toilet issue. He did a full inspection and improved faucets ad water flow not eh spot.
